LaterWill is built for longevity. We maintain financial reserves specifically to ensure service continuity, and our infrastructure is designed to operate reliably for years.

What If LaterWill Shuts Down?

In the unlikely event we need to discontinue service:

  • You will be notified at least 6 months in advance via email
  • All your messages will be delivered to recipients as intended
  • You will have time to access and copy your messages from your dashboard
  • We will provide guidance on alternative services if available

Data Access & Export

Data export is on our roadmap. You can always access and copy your messages from your dashboard.

Transparency

We believe in being upfront about risks. While we are committed to long-term operation, we encourage you to maintain local copies of important messages.
