LaterWill ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us:

• Account information (email, name, password)
• Messages and content you create
• Recipient contact information
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
• Technical data when you visit our site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed)
• With your consent: daily counts of which public pages (such as the home, pricing and FAQ pages) and sign-up buttons are used, and of submitted and completed registrations, to see where visitors stop before signing up. The count store holds only the page or button name, language and date, with no IP address, account or other identifier; like any request to our site, the request that sends a count passes through our network and request logs and is checked for bots and excess requests. Kept for 13 months, so that a month can be compared with the same month a year earlier. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time under “Cookie choices” at the bottom of every page.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver your messages when triggered

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your messages are encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Third-Party Service Providers

Google Analytics & Google Ads (via Google Tag) — We use Google services to understand visitor behaviour and measure ad performance. These cookies load only after you give cookie consent. Google may process your IP address and browsing behaviour. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Meta Pixel (Facebook) — We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook/Instagram ads. The pixel loads only after you give cookie consent and may transmit your IP address and browsing events to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Twilio — We use Twilio for SMS notifications, including phone verification and alive-check reminders. Twilio processes your phone number to deliver these messages.

Resend and Zoho Mail — Resend is our email delivery provider; Zoho Mail remains configured as a fallback if Resend is unavailable. Both process the email addresses of senders and recipients, and the content of system emails, in order to deliver alive-check reminders, verification emails and message deliveries.

OpenAI — The first automated reply in our support chat is generated using OpenAI. The messages you write in the chat are processed by OpenAI to produce that reply; they are not used to train their models.

Google Cloud — The application and its database run on Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Cloud SQL) in the EU region europe-west1 in Belgium. Google acts as our hosting provider under a data processing agreement; your messages are stored there encrypted at rest. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Cloudflare — The website is served through Cloudflare's network, which protects it against attacks and speeds up delivery. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata for that purpose. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure and available service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
