Description of Service
LaterWill is a posthumous messaging service that allows users to create messages that will be delivered to designated recipients when the user is no longer able to respond to alive-check notifications.
User Responsibilities
As a user of LaterWill, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Respond to alive-check notifications in a timely manner
Limitation of Liability
LaterWill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to the timing or failure of message delivery.
Subscription and Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your messages may be deleted and will not be delivered.
